SLIMER EKP

Dustin “SLIMER” Cavazos is a graffiti artist from Austin, Texas. After years spent skateboarding by day and painting graffiti by night—running from police, jumping fences, and occasionally shattering a bone or two—he’s brought that same energy and rawness to the canvas, transforming his street-born skills into a legitimate art practice.

Recently signed by La Scène Des Artistes, a beautiful gallery in Cannes, France, Dustin is watching a lifelong dream become reality. Now, he’s focused on sharing his art, his story, and the journey behind it with the world.

EKP - Every Kid Paints

EKP is more than just a name—it’s a piece of my history.

Years ago, when I was a kid on the streets living for the night, EKP stood for Evil Kids Posse. It was the first major graffiti crew SLIMER had became apart of. We stayed out until sunrise, drinking, smoking, and painting graffiti wherever we could. Fighting, Stealing, and living like an outlaw. At the time, that life was all I knew. I was a vandal, an adrenaline junkie, and a kid searching for somewhere to belong.

Today, everything has changed.

I’m a father of two beautiful daughters, I’ve left drugs behind, and I’ve walked away from the life of being a full-time vandal. (Now only part-time. Haha.) Growing up and becoming a father made me realize that the life I was living wasn’t the legacy I wanted to leave behind.

So I gave EKP a new meaning:

Every Kid Paints.

EKP is now about creativity, self-expression, and believing that every kid has the ability to create something meaningful. I want to be the kind of role model I needed when I was younger—to show kids that your past doesn’t have to define your future, and that you can turn your passion into something positive.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep creating.

Every Kid Paints.
